EE Broth Mossel is a selective enrichment medium used for the recovery and enrichment of Enterobacteriaceae from food, feed and environmental samples. This medium is beneficial for the detection and enumeration of pathogenic organisms, such as Escherichia coli, Salmonella, and other facultatively gram-negative bacteria. It is therefore employed in food microbiology and quality control testing.
