Preserve: Keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. After preparation, keep the media at 4°C, ready for use in the short term.

pH: 6.8 ± 0.2 as a rule
Preparation: The medium is dissolved in distilled water and sterilized by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 min, followed by cooling to room temperature. The medium is now prepared for use following cooling.
