We aim to provide quality laboratory and scientific products. This Refund & Return Policy explains when you may return a product or request a refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
A product may be returned if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective product received
- Product missing components
- Product not matching description
Returns are accepted within 3–7 days of delivery, depending on the item category.
2. Non-returnable Items
Due to safety, regulatory, and quality control reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used chemicals
- Expired chemicals
- Customized or special-order items
- Temperature-sensitive items
- Glassware broken due to user mishandling
- Laboratory consumables (if opened)
- Products without original packaging
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide order number, photos, and reason for return
- Wait for our approval and instructions
- Ship the product back or request pickup (where available)
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Fully complete with accessories
4. Refunds
Once the returned product is inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days
- Refund method depends on original payment method
Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is ours.
5. Replacement Policy
We may replace the product if stock is available.
If not, we will provide a refund or offer a similar product.
